Farm together, grow together
e-Poultry lets registered farmers create and manage cooperatives directly from the web portal. A group brings smallholder farmers together under shared leadership, coordinated market access, and group-level analytics.
How it works
- 1A registered farmer signs in to the web portal and creates a cooperative, providing the name, location, and the User IDs of the Secretary and Treasurer.
- 2The cooperative is submitted for review and enters Pending Verification status. An e-Poultry admin reviews and approves it.
- 3Once verified, farmers join using the group code in the mobile app. Join requests are approved by the Chairperson, Secretary, or Treasurer via the web portal, and new members verify their joining via a one-time OTP on the app.
- 4Leaders manage the group dashboard: view aggregate stats (total birds, active batches, members), approve join requests, and adjust group capacity.
