Farmer Groups & Cooperatives

Any registered farmer can create a cooperative and invite others. Groups get shared analytics, coordinated marketplace activity, and structured leadership.

How to join a cooperative

  • 1A Chairperson creates the cooperative, verifying a Secretary and Treasurer, then submitting for e-Poultry admin review
  • 2Once verified, the cooperative gets a unique group code the Chairperson shares with farmers
  • 3You submit a join request using the group code on the website or mobile app
  • 4The Chairperson (or Secretary/Treasurer) reviews and approves your request
  • 5You receive a verification code via SMS or email. Enter it to complete membership

What cooperatives get

  • Leadership roles: Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer manage and approve members
  • Unique group code: Share your code so farmers can request to join
  • OTP-verified joining: Every new member confirms via SMS or email before joining
  • Group analytics: Aggregated flock data, batch performance, and harvest forecasts across all member farms
  • Official reports: Generate cooperative reports for NGOs, banks, and funders

Any farmer on e-Poultry can create one. You become the Chairperson. Verify your Secretary and Treasurer, set your member limit, and submit. An e-Poultry admin reviews and verifies the cooperative, then you can start inviting farmers.
