Is e-Poultry really free?
Yes: the Starter plan gives you unlimited birds, houses, batches, full analytics, marketplace access, and financing applications at no cost. No credit card, no trial expiration.
What do the paid plans add?
Growth (coming soon) adds a dedicated extension officer, priority financing assessment, advanced profitability analytics, and breed benchmarks. Enterprise adds IoT integration, multi-farm console, custom APIs, and a dedicated account manager.
How do extension services work?
Extension services are pay-per-use: advisory calls (KES 500), farm visits (KES 800), disease investigation (KES 1,000), vaccination (KES 10/bird), and group training (KES 200/person). Book and pay directly in the app.
What payment methods are supported?
M-Pesa is the primary method for service payments, marketplace transactions, and loan repayments. Airtel Money and bank transfers are also supported.
Do you offer cooperative pricing?
Cooperatives get shared analytics and coordinated marketplace activity. Special enterprise pricing for large cooperatives is available: contact our sales team.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No contracts. When paid plans launch, they'll be month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel anytime.
